For lake and river use by someone without marina access, that is a genuinely different offer.

The realistic use case is short outings on inland water at modest speed — an hour or two of relaxed cruising, with hard running draining it quickly. Kaebon does not publish a headline top speed in the specification recorded here, so buyers should get speed and endurance figures in writing for the variant they are quoting on.
Caveats
Ten hours to charge is long for a pack this small, suggesting a basic onboard charger. The 89 kg figure needs clarification as to what it includes. And with the EB SECHS still an announcement, European buyers should establish warranty handling and parts lead times before ordering.
